The principle of non-invasive, non-surgical skin tightening Advance plasma treatments.
We would like to introduce this revolutionary skin tightening treatment, now available at Andrea Toth semi-permanent makeup. This is a very new, non-surgical approach devoted to lifting the skin around the eyes, face and several other areas. This innovative, non-invasive treatment is carried out using an advanced method called ‘Advance plasma’.
How does Advance plasma treatments work?
Several grid points are place on the skin using a tiny sterile plasma probe. The pin point energy is the power of the treatment. Due to the diversity and arrangement of the superficial points, the energy produced can reduce excess skin, the results being that the skin area focused on is clearly tightened. The small Fibroblast plasma flash in addition to its vanishing effect simultaneously exerts restorative effect on the treated area affectively giving a tightening result. This ensures prompt healing. The elasticity of the skin is dramatically improved, and a distinctive tightening is made possible.
How long does it take to heal?
One of the dominant advantages of Advance plasma treatments is that it offers a much less invasive and expensive substitute to surgery as well as the time it takes to carry out also there is no chance of being ‘over lifted’ the reason for this is because only the natural excess skin is reduced, once there is no more excess skin the treatment stops working. This does not mean it has no healing time whatsoever, but in comparison to surgery it is fundamentally lower. You can experience significate swelling in the treated area, especially around the eye area but this will subside in 2-5 day period. The tiny plasma flash causes ‘crusts’ to form on the skin giving the distinctive dotting effect. These on average are gone on 5-7 days. They may also be covered to reduce their visibility. These are cosmetic issues only, technically there is no real downtime if these visual effects give you no concern.
Who is the Advance plasma treatments for?

Advance plasma can be used for many different skin conditions. Eyelid tightening, body lifting, acne treatment, scar correction, tattoo removal and stretch marks. Does Advance plasma treatments hurt?
Advance plasma is non-surgical treatment with no pain or minimal discomfort reported by patients. Topical cream is applied to numb treated area prior to procedure. Immediately after the treatment the skin will be reddened and lightly swollen. This will usually last up to 3 days, although slight redness may remain for up to 2 weeks. During the procedure carbon crusts will form on the skin directly where Advance plasma tool was applied. The ‘Crusts’ should not be touched for 5-7 days however post-procedure foundation can be used to camouflage them. To minimize complications, you will be informed on proper aftercare following the procedure.
How long will the treatment take?
To minimise discomfort we apply numbing cream, this will take approximately 30 minutes to take effect. The procedure itself should take no longer than 15-30 minutes. Depending on the size of the treated area, the procedure should take no longer than 1 hour.
Is the treatment permanent?
Yes, once the skin fibres have shortened the effects are permanent.
How long does each treatment take?
On average, each treatment takes 30 minutes with instant results.
What is the Advance plasma treatment aftercare?
Yes. It is very important to follow our after-care recommendations. Carbon crusts CANNOT be scratched or removed. Drying skin by dabbing with a clean, lint-free cloth is allowed. Aftercare balm should be reapplied to the area. Healing skin should be protected from direct sun with SPF50 cream. Sports, swimming and sauna are not permitted until crusts fall off. This should happen within 7 days of procedure.
Can I use cosmetics after my treatment?
The treated skin area will be covered with carbon crusts which form during the treatment. They should not be rubbed off therefore it is necessary to avoid any moisturizing creams for 5-7 days. This is when usually crusts fall off. In addition, patients need to avoid all direct heat sources such as sun, UV radiation, saunas, excessive sweating etc for the period of at least 4 weeks.
How many treatments will be required?
In many cases, just one treatment may be sufficient, especially with lighter corrections. Many of the treatments will depend on a size of the treated area and customer’s desired degree of correction. Full effect of the first treatment will be visible after 2-4 weeks following the procedure. If patient requires additional treatment to achieve optimal results those should be scheduled at 6 to 8 weeks intervals. Effectiveness of Advance plasma non-surgical lift is comparable to traditional techniques.
